PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY
LIMITED TWO-YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY THAT COVERS YOUR RediRad™ BY REDIRAD, LLC, EFFECTIVE FROM ORIGINAL INVOICE DATE.
THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE RediRad™ (the “Unit”) THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS SALE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY ACCESSORY THAT IS NOT A PART OF THE UNIT AS SHIPPED BY REDIRAD, LLC. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO THE UNIT MANUFACTURED BY THE COMPANY.
REDIRAD, LLC, (the "Company") of Delafield, Wisconsin, warrants that the unit is free from defects in materials and workmanship and will operate properly under normal use and service, for the twenty-four months following the original invoice date.
WARRANTY Coverage includes repair or replacement, at the Company's option, of any defective parts that fail under normal use for two years following the invoice date under the terms, conditions and limitations of the warranty. All defective parts shall be returned for repair to the Company at the owner's expense.
The Company reserves the right to impose an inspection charge and/or a restocking fee in cases where parts or equipment have been improperly returned as either defective and/or as not being under warranty.
WARRANTY coverage also includes Labor Charges on all covered repairs performed by REDIRAD, LLC, in accordance with the terms, conditions and limitations of the warranty. Extra charges such as third-party installation fees are not covered.
SIXTY-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We are confident that you will enjoy your RediRad™ and it will perform as advertised. However, if you are dissatisfied with its performance or our claims, you may return your RediRad™ within 60 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping.
Please contact us BEFORE returning your RediRad. Returns without prior communication will not be acknowledged.
Be advised that the returned RediRad™ must be returned in as-new and sellable condition, with a copy of your invoice to ensure full credit. If the returned RediRad™ shows signs of wear or is modified in any way, your refund may reflect a 25% restocking fee.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY EXCEED THE SELLING PRICE OF THE UNIT CLAIMED TO BE DEFECTIVE.
